Invitation to Attend

Join us in Brisbane in December 2026 for the 44th Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychiatry, Psychology and Law Annual Congress.

We look forward to welcoming you to connect and network in Queensland’s sunny capital Brisbane, a city known for its outdoor lifestyle and vibrant culture. Enjoy the scenic Brisbane River, wildlife and nature and performing arts and culture at Southbank.

Our program will explore a broad range of topics related to clinical and legal practice and decision making, balancing public safety and human rights. This will include perspectives of the different disciplines involved in forensic practice, clinical and legal interventions and various social and political issues impacting care and justice.

As with previous congresses this congress will lead to learnings and robust discussions from local, national and international presenters. You will have opportunities to connect with practitioners and researchers from across the world, promoting the intersection of psychiatry, psychology, and law.

We look forward to your participation.
